It is located very near Bridgewater College and the Bridgewater Retirement Home. It is also within a few minutes of EMU (Eastern Mennonite University), JMU (James Madison University). and Dynamic Aviation and has easy access to I-81. The space There are three bedrooms located upstairs. The master boasts a king size bed and a private bath with a gorgeous view of the Blue Ridge mountains. Bedroom number two has a queen bed and bedroom number three has two twin XL beds and share a common bath. There is a washer and dryer conveniently located adjacent to the two bedrooms and bath, with a study/work desk located in the loft area. The lower level consists of a living area, with a sectional and two side chairs. There is a smart TV with WIFI access to all of your streaming services. High speed internet is available throughout the house. The galley kitchen has upgraded countertops and tile, as well as range, dishwasher and refrigerator. We provide a Keurig coffee maker along with pods. We also provide a full sized coffee maker but no coffee for it. The dining area opens to the exterior with a sliding door to a private patio area. There is a half bath downstairs. Guest access This townhouse is an end unit with the entire living area available for your use. You will not share it with anyone else. The garage is unavailable. There are two designated parking spaces and a visitor parking space which is open most of the time. Other things to note -Because this is a townhouse with an adjoining neighbor, we ask that you be respectful and adhere to quiet time during the hours of 10 PM to 8 AM. -Absolutely no smoking or vaping in or near the house. -No parties or excessive drinking. -No pets. -Because all of the bedrooms are upstairs, this is not a good house for people with certain disabilities or some mobile infants/toddlers. At this time we do not have a baby gate. -We ask that you please take your shoes off inside the house.
