Private entrance apartment in our home is a perfect place to relax and unwind. Located on a St. John's River canal with soothing sounds of a small waterfall flowing from a spring fed lake. Queen size bedroom, bathroom, and fully equipped kitchen as well as separate living room with an additional queen size bed. The space The peaceful location of our two-story home, along the St. John River is a perfect place to enjoy the "old" Florida and Florida wildlife. The apartment is located on the lower level of the home and has all the modern conveniences you would want to make your stay relaxing. The apartment comfortably sleeps two people. Guest access Lower waterfront deck, fire pit, two rocker loungers, two kayaks and a canoe (life vests provided and required to be worn) are all available for our guests. The combined living room and additional queen bed area is located across the breezeway for you to enjoy. (Please note that this additional space is accross the breezeway for the main apartment. One does have to go outside to reach this space). The breezeway is available for covered parking for motorcycles or vehicles. Space for boat trailer parking is also available. Other things to note Boat ramp is only a few minutes away, at Shell Harbor.
