A full kitchen with appliances, dishes, etc. Dining room will seat 4-6 people & a very cozy living room. Full laundry room with digital washer and dryer. This condo is located on the second floor in the back corner of a large & very quiet building complex. The best way to access the condo and where to park is driving all the way to the end of the driveway to Gate #3 . There are 2 side by side parking spaces, #250 and #251. Taking the elevator for building E to the second floor, right side, down the hall to the condo. The perfect quiet spot to work from home or have a staycation. You will have high speed internet (Wi-Fi 310 mbps). 10 min walk to the Playa Del Rey beach, minutes to Dockweiler Beach, Marina Del Rey, Venice Beach, Playa Vista, Loyola Marymount University and Otis College of Design, Southbay beaches and so close to the LAX (Los Angeles International Airport). You will be sharing the common pools, jacuzzies, gym, etc. with the residents that live on the premises. Guest access Tenants when driving or by rideshare need to enter the driveway that is on the left side of the building and drive all the way to the end of the driveway to the last gate (Vehicle Gate #3/ Pedestrian Gate #11). Tenants can use the remote control (or grey keyfob) provided to them to access the garage/ building gates and elevators. Tenants can currently use all the spaces in the condo except the fireplace and BBQ. All resort amenities are available for tenants to use. I will be meeting the tenants in front of the Vehicle Gate 3 to give them the keys. Please text/call my cell phone number when you arrive. Other things to note A ring doorbell is installed on the outside of the condo by the door. There will be some airport noise, however the balcony glass doors are soundproof and once you close the balcony doors, you won't hear any noise. Once in a while, there are power outages from the department of water and power. Flashlights are provided for you and I will let you know once there is a power outage notice.
