Welcome to our newly updated home! Ideal location for the guest looking to hop on the highways or be close to shopping with proximity to new aged suburban downtown. The entire space is carefully designed with your comfort and convenience in mind. It has 1 king bedroom w/ a TV & 2 additional bedrooms with 1 Full and 2 Twins. Bonus upstairs for the work from home feel. Our kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials. Self check in and kids welcome. Pool community with playground & greenway. The space This cozy ranch offers three bedrooms + Bonus room. 1. The master suite is comfortable for two adults with a huge walk in closet to hang your clothes or unpack on the top rack. 2. The first secondary bedroom has two twin beds and a full closet with two nightstands and clock 3. The second bedroom has a full bed which could comfortably sleep two kids or one adult- maybe two if you like to be cozy. There are two TVs in the unit at this time. One in the living room and the second in the owners suite. WIFI is provided. The room over the garage is dedicated for an office space. We plan to bring this space alive in time and are open to feedback on how you think this space would best be utilized. The garage is not a space for guests. This space will be locked. Other things to note: This is NOT a party house. If you have any guests on the property it must be cleared ahead of time ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING/VAPING in or outside of the unit. This is a family friendly neighborhood and disruption to neighbors will not be tolerated. . If there are more people than the reservation states and/or illegal activities I will call the police and you'll be evicted without a refund. Guest access There is an electronic keypad on the door. Directions on how to use it will be sent to you the day of your arrival. Other things to note Please treat this unit with care and respect. We have spent a lot of time, effort, and money upgrading this property in anticipation of your arrival. If there is something you are unsatisfied with, please let us know so that we can do our best to accommodate reasonable requests. Be mindful that while we want you to feel at home, we also want to remind you to be a neighborly guest in this neighborhood.
