Come enjoy our little piece of heaven centrally located between Santa Rosa and Sebastopol. Our vineyard is 10 years old and the winery is open for tasting! A vegetable garden, fruit trees and lovely back yard with fire pit provide tranquil, country ambiance. Full kitchen, large living room with big screen tv and X Box. Queen bedroom and additional small room with a crib, and a small desk. Private patio with gas bar que and hot tub. Most comfortable for a couple or family with younger children. The space Our 1/2 acre property has 2 homes and a finished hospitality barn that we use for dining, wine tasting or just hanging out. We are happy to share this space with our guests upon request. Hot tub, fire pit, gas barbque, patio dining and telescopes available. Plenty of spots for outdoor dining and game playing. Guest access The Cottage has a private entrance with parking directly in front. A large rear patio is equipped with gas barbque, fire pit and hot tub. Guests may request wine tasting including barrel samples with advance notice. Depending on season, guests may harvest vegetables from the garden. The front covered breezeway separates the main house from the cottage and has seating to enjoy the fountain and afternoon sun. Other things to note We require a 2 night minimum stay. We will stock the fridge with milk, butter, fruit and yummy muffins or sweet bread for the first morning. Coffee and wine will be provided for your enjoyment. Our county charges a 12% occupancy tax which is collected and remitted by Airbnb. Maximum occupancy is 4 guests and 2 vehicles. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 7 am. Registration number 2735
