Hello, big house with heated pool, first floor use only downstairs, 3 bedrooms 2 and 1/2 bath, laundry, dining and living room, full kitchen for entertainment, fits 8 to 10, minimum stay 2 nights no inquiries for less than 2 nights pls 🌴 The space The patio in the front house with access to the lake, and the pool in the back of the house Guest access Guest will have the full use of the downstairs, 3 bedrooms ( 2 1/2 bath) two inside and one outside of the house with a private bathroom with easy access to the pool, there is also a ping pong table Other things to note The front patio can be used for party gatherings for an additional fee up to 50 people (due to COVID regulations) .
