The space The master suite is it's own floor and comes with a King Size Bed that is also motorized for an amazing night of sleep every night. There is also some exercise equipment in the master bedroom(yes it's that big) including a weight station and a zero-impact treadmill of sorts called a Zero Runner if you care to look up the information on it. Privacy in the home and in the yard is amazing. A full Kitchen, dining room, and extra large living room, large two-tier deck, lower level family room, laundry, and ample parking for up to 10 vehicles are just a few of the amenities available. Guest access There are a few locked areas in the home(an office, walk-in closet, basement, and third stall of garage. The rest of the home is full access including laundry facilities, 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, living room/dining room/kitchen area and a family room area on the lower level. The two stall garage is available for parking in addition to a very large driveway with room for 10 or more vehicles. Other things to note There are railroad tracks that run near the back yard about 3 times a day. The longest train I have seen here in nearly a year is about 20 cars. This property is located within 5 minutes of High Cliff State Park and miles of beautiful hiking, biking, and horse trails with spectacular views of Lake Winnebago from overlooks and a beautiful observation tower in the park. The back yard is in transition. There is plenty of space and grass, but we are in the process of doing some extensive landscaping as well.
