Our cabin is located on the lower part of the Illinois River in a country setting. The cabin has one king bed with luxury linens and pillows. The bathroom has a shower in a tub and soft white towels with a sink. You’ll love my place because of the ambiance, the outdoors space, and the comfy beds. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. The space The Guest Ranch is a old church camp from the early 1900's along the Illinois River. After remodel of the cabins, lodge and pavilion we are now ready to host weddings, family reunions, special events or private parties. Easy walking distance to the river with fishing and taking in the serenity that mother nature has around you. This setup is exactly what you want if you need to get away and relax from all the hustle of everyday life. Don't be surprised to see a black bear, turkey, white tail deer, raccoon, skunk, possum or a rare sighting of a mountain lion. Guest access You will have access to walking around the grounds of the camp and along the Illinois river. Lodge and Pavilion are available for rent if needed during your stay. Other things to note This is a rustic cabin! We are located near the Illinois River. Sometimes you will find a few dead insects but to be expected for the location. We have cabins sprayed for bugs but just want everyone to be informed. The location is ideal to be near the river.
