We have an 1,100 sq/ft, garden unit on a single floor plan with a front door accessible covered carport. Two-bedroom/two bathrooms with a king size bed in first bedroom and 2 queen beds in the second bedroom that has it's own walk-in shower. Kitchen/laundry/dining & rear patio with an accessable lake for fishing. Boat launch is in view from patio with a post-mounted charcoal grill. The space With our Corner Unit, you will have a view of the Lake & access to the water from the patio in the rear of the condo. BBQ on the Charcoal Grill while having great views of either the Sunrise or Sunset. Guest access We can request to have 'Resort Guest Passes' be written up & ready for our authorized visitors to pick up with adequate notification in advance at our FGCC! Almost everything is fee-driven (not free or included) at our Wyndham Resort. Please check with the Fairfield Glade Community Center upon arrival or view on their website for available times for each different activity & its cost. Take advantage of the sunshine on or near the water at one of the two Marinas in Fairfield Glade. Canoes, kayaks, paddleboards, paddleboats, pontoon, and fishing boat rental. Fishing licenses and bait are available at the marina. Each Marina opens 7 days a week: 8 am-6 pm. Off-season (fall/winter) days & open times will always be different: 1. St. George Marina 127 Bradford Lane 2. Dartmoor Marina 556 Stonehenge Drive Other things to note We have Xfinity/Comcast WiFi for Smart TV streaming in the living/sleeping area. The bedroom that has two queen beds uses a FireStick remote control to stream applications on its TV. The Living Room & Master Bedroom have Smart TVs that are WiFi operated. Please don't try to operate the fireplace, it's turned off for insurance reasons. The BBQ cooking utensils & clean-up items are under the kitchen sink. Please leave them clean as you found them.
