The Cottage is a restored wagon barn nestled against the Blue Ridge Mountains. You'll enjoy quality, comfort, quietude, and pastoral views. We are a fully licensed and inspected B&B on a 1790's farm in rural Loudoun County VA. Each morning you are treated to a continental breakfast of fresh pastry, fruit sourced from local farms, and homemade jams which we quietly deliver by 7:30 unless otherwise requested. Note that the base price is for 1-2 people. Guests 3 and 4 have additional fees. The space The cottage boasts a wonderful open floor plan with wood and stone tile floors throughout. Downstairs has a full bath, laundry, kitchen, and a large sitting area with a flat screen smart TV, reading nook and desk. There are also two large sofas one of which is a queen sleeper that we can make up if given notice. The loft bedroom is appointed with a queen size bed. When you stay at The Cottage you enjoy over 800 square feet of pure privacy. Perfect for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. We extend the way we strive to live to all of our guests. We clean and outfit the cottage in mostly earth friendly and or recycled products and supply recycling bins. The food and snacks we offer are organic or produced with best practices and mostly local. We are close to Harpers Ferry, WV, Leesburg, VA and Middleburg, VA, and are just a 30 minute drive from Dulles. Guest access When you book at The Cottage, you are our only guests. The entire cottage is for you and your guest(s) to enjoy alone. Relax on the patio or cozy up to the fire pit. Feel free to walk the fields, and explore the wetlands. Please do not enter any other buildings without Kelly or Phil in attendance. We will supply a key code for self check in the day before or day of expected arrival. Other things to note Additional food ammenities include organic cereal, juice, milk, creamer, yogurts, snack bars, coffee and tea.
