They advertise up to 40 Mbps downstream, up to 4Mbps upstream. Ability to do video calls, Zoom calls, stream movies, etc. Our router is a new, TP-Link AC1750 Smart WiFi Router - Dual Band Gigabit Wireless Internet Router for Home, Works with Alexa, VPN Server, Parental Control&QoS (Archer A7). Cell service in the area can be spotty, but there are places in the house and on the deck that work fine. We have a dedicated VOIP phone line for reliable calls if needed. The house is in a quiet neighborhood near National and State parks. We don't allow parties on the property or groups over 6 adults. There's plenty of outdoor dining and BBQ space on the expansive patio and deck, but we discourage any music outside after 10pm. Note that driveway and walk to beach are up/down a hill. There's room for 3 cars in the parking area. Please contact owner if additional parking is needed. There is absolutely no cigarette smoking anywhere on the property.
