You'll be renting a fully furnished, remodeled 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath home in South Utica within walking distance to the Village of New Hartford. The 1920's era home is charming, spacious and comfortable. Each bedroom has it's own full bathroom! The master bedroom features a King bed. The other 2 bedrooms have Queen beds. Each bedroom has a TV with access to Netflix, YouTube, Amazon Prime, and basic Spectrum cable. Kitchen is large and fully equipped. Home has on demand, unlimited hot water. The space This is our personal residence so we cannot have any guests that do not treat it as though it's their own residence. You must be able to walk stairs as all the bedrooms are upstairs. We also have 2 dogs so if you have any allergies to animals please consider this prior to booking. We "cut the cord" and do not have cable. We have Netflix and Amazon and each TV has a Roku. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a gas stove so you should have everything you need at your fingertips to cook a delicious meal! Washer/dryer is in the basement. Parking for 5 cars. Garage is not available for use. Please contact me if you have any questions. HOUSE RULES: 1. No pets. 2. No smoking inside. If you smoke outside, please discard of your butts appropriately. 3. No parties or loud music. This is a quiet residential street and all of the neighbors are close and look after one another. 4. Please do not drag things across the floors. The entire house is original hardwood floors from the 1920's. We had them refinished a few years ago and we'd appreciate if you would take care in how you move things around. 5. Place dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the dishwasher prior to leaving. 6. If you spill something wipe it up (including in the refrigerator). There are plenty of paper towels and cleaning spray available. 7. Please remove all food from the refrigerator prior to leaving. 8. Please use a cutting board. It may seem obvious, but in another rental the renters cut directly on the counter top and tables putting deep cuts in the surface. 9. Please do not leave with our Tupperware. 10. Garbage night is Tuesday. All garbage must be placed in a Utica city issued blue garbage bag and then placed on the curb. The garbage men will not collect the garbage unless placed in the blue bag. You may find blue bags in the pantry. 11. The blue barrel out back is for recyclables. You may place that on the curb Tuesday night for pick up. 12. Do not use the fireplaces. 13. Please turn down AC's when you're not at the home and turn them off when you check out. 14. Enjoy! Guest access You'll have access to the entire house and basement.
