Walk to shops and restaurants. The space Apartment in the heart of Madawaska, Maine, has been completely renovated and has beautiful touches such as a wall mural and antique style ceilings. Granite countertops in the kitchen and claw-foot bathtub add to the richness of this property. There's tons to do in the area from visiting maple sugar camps, to skiing in Canada, to hunting, ice fishing, snow shoeing, cross country skiing and some of the best four wheel and snowmobile trails in the country. You won't be bored! And for those nights where you want to be cozy at home with family and friends, we have a few fun games and excellent books for your enjoyment. Best places to eat within walking distance of the apartment are Tim Hortons (right across the street), Chez Helen's and Jeff's Pizza. Snow mobilers can park their sleds in our huge garage. Please bring your own converter end and you can park next to the rental and plug in. Other thing to note is that we rarely get very hot weather here but when we do, upstairs only has fans, not AC. Downstairs has a heat pump AC to keep everything cool.
