In the backyard you’ll enjoy a large stone firepit, a stand alone fireplace, a BBQ. In the front courtyard you’ll find additional seating and fire pits. A serene escape! The space Our lovely home is situated on a quiet cul de sac that is within 1 mile of the freeway, market and drug store, shops and many restaurants. It is ideal for a single person or couple. It’s available fully furnished and stocked and the rental cost includes all utilities, Smart TVs, internet, spa maintenance, garbage pick-up, and gardener. An additional $150 every two weeks will be added for longer stays to cover required housekeeping. The large bedroom has a trundle bed that is set up as a very comfortable King but the twin mattresses can also be pulled apart and used separately. The price covers one to two guests. No more than two guests and no pets, service animals or smoking of any kind in the house. Sorry, the spa is not working at this time. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property, driveway and two car garage. Owners maintain storage in the garage and will provide guests with 24 hour notice when access is required. Will not enter house at that time.
