Our quaint cottage is just minutes from Olcott Beach, the Niagara Wine Trail, and world-famous fishing along Eighteenmile Creek and Burt Dam. Niagara Falls is about 30 miles away and the Buffalo metropolitan area is about 40 miles. End your day with the hot tub, barbecue, and drinks on our deck! Enjoy! Guest access Guests may use the back patio and gas grill, but please do not move the grill, for safety reasons. There is currently no laundry on site, but there are nearby laundromats in Olcott and Newfane. Other things to note Please note that this property is on the American (United States) side of Niagara Falls and Lake Ontario. Upstate New York is primarily rural, so public transport and some cell service networks might be limited. A private vehicle is recommended and caution is encouraged when driving in inclement weather.
