This well appointed & stylish cottage has a separate entry, a private garden w/ hammocks & seating ideal for coffee or wine, a sunny & spacious shared deck w/ ample seating, plus shared laundry. Inside is a kitchenette well equipped for cooking, a refrigerator, chef quality microwave, Nespresso & more! The space Coventry Cottage is situated behind the main home. Guests enjoy a separate entry and garden space dedicated to the private studio cottage. The bed in this cottage is a twin daybed that pulls out to configure to 2 side by side twin beds or 1 king bed. Among the shared amenities are laundry; a washer and dryer, as well as a sunny deck with ample seating, which is on the side of the cottage. These two areas are shared with the homeowners and visiting family or guests staying in the lower flat of the main house. Quiet hours are from 9pm-7am, Laundry hours 7pm-7am. There are two small elderly dogs residing in the main house whom you may hear from time to time. Off limits areas include the main house, the upper deck off the back of the main house, the far side of the house, the front yard to the main house and the hot tub there. These areas are all private to the homeowner. Guest access Access to the “Check-In Instructions” is made available in your AirBnB app 24-48 hours before check in time. There you will find a pictorial guide and door codes for accessing the property and the Cottage. Parking: Unrestricted street parking on the East side of the street only. No parking on the West side. SHARED SPACES: -You will have access to a shared washer and dryer just across from the front door of the cottage. It is easy access because there is no door on the space. Please be mindful that we also host guests in the Apartment below our home, and they also share access to the laundry. The Apartment door is adjacent to the laundry, and we ask that you take care to not make unnecessary noise when accessing the laundry. Laundry hours are from 8pm-7am -There is a furnished patio deck attached to your cottage that you can enjoy at any time which is shared with the Host and their visiting family, as well as guests staying in the lower Apartment across from the Cottage.
