The main kitchen and sitting room is located on the ground floor and there is an indoor and outdoor dining area. Floor 1 has an entertainment room with a TV. One room is located on the ground floor and the remaining 4 rooms are located on floor 1. The room on ground floor has a kind size bed and attached toilet and outdoor shower with a private outdoor deck space. All the rooms on floor 1 are twin beds and also has attached toilets and a large balcony and relaxing area outlooking the courtyard garden. All the rooms have air condition and fan, wardrobe, chest drawers and night stand in addition to bed Guest access The villa is on full rental basis and therefore the guests can use all the five rooms and common space like living room, kitchen, Entertainment room and outdoor dining area. The outdoor garden space is filled with a mix of tropical trees such as bananas and other fruit trees. guests can use them as an when fruits are available. Other things to note Daily room cleaning is an option for guests. Weekly three times landscaping caretaker will be attending the property for regularly.
