The living space has a custom designed couch, 52" smart TV with digital cable, flameless candle lit fireplace, and large table perfect for work or play. Cook together in the sunny modern kitchen, fully-equipped with electric stove, full size fridge, filtered water, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, tea kettle, coffee maker, blender, garbage disposal and recycling. In the summer you can dine outdoors on the balcony or in the elevated 4-piece dining room. Other things to note STREET PARKING On street parking spots are readily available in front or side of house. - Daytime: Mon - Fri, 8 am - 4 pm have 1 & 2 hour time limits, weekends and holidays are unlimited. You can park in our driveway during the weekdays from 9 - 5 pm. - Nighttime: We will register you as guest with the city for an e-parking permit for the length of your stay (host will ask you for details after booking). OFF STREET PARKING Day/nighttime parking can be arranged through the host for an additional $ 25. per day. FOR LONGER STAY GUESTS 10 days or more: off street parking options are available. Contact host in advance for questions and details when booking SELF-CHECK IN - can be done with our smart lock feature on the front door and the unit has a separate door key. We will provide a door code upon booking (please note the door locks automatically after 30 seconds). Please use discretion when entering the code and DON'T give out code to any unregistered guests.
