It is in a newly developed gated community equipped with 24hr security, and minutes to the nearest beach. A real Gem awaits you,private functions available on request. The space There are security cameras around the outside of the property for added security. The house is equipped with Wi-Fi, TV large and small appliances for your convenience. Complimentary tea & coffee is offered during your stay. Guest access Guest can access all areas of the house including the master bedroom. Other things to note A private chef is available for an additional cost. We also offer Vegan and Vegetarian options. Please contact me for further information regarding your meals. Please be advised that there is a private swimming pool that you use at your own risk. Don’t misuse it. It’s for your enjoyment. So please be careful. Children should always have adult supervision and not be left alone at anytime in the back yard. Please adhere to the pool rules that are posted on the wall. No running on deck, no wet feet in the house, no glassware on deck only plastic one. No alcohol bottles that are breakable.
