This includes the flat front grassy yard for outdoor games with families and friends and the upper viewing areas for relaxing and sunbathing. The viewing areas include plenty of outdoor seating and comes with the fire pit (perfect for making s’mores at night), an outdoor heater, outdoor lights and plenty of comfortable gathering, hosting or dining spaces. New in 2022 enjoy our heated splash pool with in-pool seating to take in all the spectacular ocean views! Guests will have access to the entire home and property. We provide as much access as guests desire. We have on island property managers to assist with any needs that can arise once on island and plenty of support before and after your trip as well, almost 24/7. Whether before, during or after your stay we are here to ensure it’s a memorable and enjoyable trip! Cloudbreak Villa is located in English Quarter, just inside Windward Side. Windward side hosts a beautiful downtown area with excellent shops and exquisite restaurants including Chez Bubba, LongHaul Grille, Saba Snacks, Hideaway, Busy Bee Bakery (our fav!), Tropics Cafe, Tipsy Goat, and Brigadoon (our other favorite!). The breathtaking mountain town has all you need including grocery stores, banks, playgrounds, churches, scuba dive centers, rental cars, package and delivery services, souvenir shopping, Trail shop, activities and more. It also offers a great view of Mt. Scenery and Oceans from all sides. Cloudbreak Villa is perfectly located to allow you to walk to the main center of town in under 5 minutes, while staying far enough away to avoid the noise and bustle. If you want to rent a car you can rent one right from town and park at Cloudbreak Villa. Driving on Saba can be more difficult for those not used to the steep ridges and mountain roads, so walking or affordable and friendly taxis may be best for those uncomfortable with driving.
