Guest access All guests with a confirmed reservation has access to the home. one to two (1-2) guest will occupy one bedroom only . for access to the second room, an additional service charge of US$30per person per night for up to four persons per reservations is required. Access to the community and all that the complex has to offer, will include but not be limited to; community park and playground, basketball court and football field. Only guest that have a confirmed booking is allowed on the complex. However, at least a 48hrs notice is needed by the host, for visitor's (without a confirmed reservation ) access to the complex between the hours of 10am -10pm.
