You will wake up surrounded by greenery in the spring and summer seasons. Listening to birds chirping and squirrels running along the trees. This is a no smoking residence. You may smoke outdoors. just not in the apartment. Violating this rule will result in an extra cleaning fee up to $200. The space This apartment is fully furnished. It has a kitchen, two bedrooms, one bathroom, a laundry room and a livingroom area. Guest access Guest have access to everything in the apartment. The driveway, the outdoor firepit located next door and the front door entrance are shared with other guest and or clients of mine. The only area that is not accessible to renters is the garage. There is a business located below the apartment. If you are parking in the driveway. Please leave enough room for a car to park next to you.
