The cottage is recently renovated and provides 2 lovely bedrooms and a modern bathroom with bathtub and shower cabin. A glass front sliding door gives direct access from the sitting room to a spacy veranda with a beautiful view over the lake, islands and peninsula. The kitchen building next door faces the lake and is fully equipped. Breakfast, lunch or dinner can be taken on another veranda next to the kitchen. It has the most stunning view over the lake and some of its beautiful islands. The space The cottage sits on the ridge of a peninsula about 30 meter above lake level. It is surrounded by trees, bushes and flowers. Lake Kivu can be seen towards North, West and East. The northern view is especially beautiful. On a clear day you see the Nyiragongo Vulcano on the horizon. At night it glows with a red light. The plot provides plenty space for your car and is watched 24/7 Guest access The guest can use the entire house of course, the seperate kitchen building, 2 verandas, a car park and a play ground for kids. Other things to note Diana will welcome you and assist to have a most wonderful stay. She will hand over the keys and show you arround. She can organise deliveries from town in case you prefer to stay and relax instead of getting things yourself. Diana will make sure that you have all you need to prepare your own little breakfast. You will find water, coffee, tea, bread, and eggs available. Cold drinks are stored in the fridge. We charge a fair price for the drinks.
