Full kitchen to cook your own meals or explore the area which is full of lots of restaurants, pubs, and local breweries. Guest access You will have all of the Bunkhouse to yourself. Access to walk the grounds and see the animals. The property is surrounded by Bluebird Meadow which is part of the Lake County Forest Preserve and accessible from dusk to dawn for hiking -- there are no formal trails but it's still fun to explore. The living room has a glass fireplace and there's a fire pit outside for roasting marshmallows and enjoying cool evenings. Other things to note This is a farm setting, there are roosters that crow from dawn to dusk and a donkey who loves to bray here and there. We are up feeding and working with the animals early in the mornings and occasionally need to use the tractor for various farm activities.
