Two queen bedrooms offer stylish comfort, while the kids' bedroom, with its bunk bed (twin top/full lower) and day bed, is perfect for younger guests. Note that groups of over eight adults incur an additional charge of $50 per person for sofa bed setup. Other things to note Pool Off Season: Please note that we aim to keep our pool open during the off-season as long as it remains economically feasible. The pool is heated using a heat pump that depends on the surrounding air temperature, both day and night. Therefore, even though the heater is set to 84 degrees, the actual water temperature will reflect the average ambient air temperature. **After the high season, the pool will remain open at the owner's discretion, and they reserve the right to close it at any time. Noise: Despite the amazing sense of privacy you experience here, there are homes in the near vicinity and noise travels easily.
