Apartment fully furnished in Paseo de Las Casas. Plenty of space for everyone with 400mt2 including a private pool that belong exclusive to us and a garden with a view to a golf course. You will also benefit from the Paseo de Las Casas social area with pools/jacuzzi and kids playground. Without a doubt, the best exclusive beach community in Panama. The space Our garden and exclusive own pool view to the golf course is open so kids can run around with complete freedom. The pool has an area for toddlers ( please supervise children always) and an area for adults so everybody can enjoy the pool.. We do have a BBQ (gas) that can be used ( an additional of $10 will be charged for cleaning the BBQ in case of use). In case there's not enough gas, you can refill it in Deli Gourmet ( in front of the Buenaventura Hotel) or at Novey ( at the main entrance next to Super 99) at your own cost. Social area of Paseo de las Casas is huge! It has a small jacuzzi that you can also enjoy :) Guest access You can access all the spaces of the apartment except for some cabinets / doors that are locked with our personal belongings. Other things to note An additional cost of $15will be charged for cleaning the BBQ in case of use. Guests are not allowed to invite people to the apartment either for the day or to sleep. Additional costs will be charged. Pets are only allowed if they are added at the reservation with an extra charge of USD80 per pet. In case a pet is taken without our consent a fee of USD150 will be charge + the fee to allow a pet on our property. In case a complimentary cleaning is needed an additional fee will be charged.
