Sun filled modern updated home located 20 minutes from Sugarbush and Mad River Glen and 30 minutes from Stowe. Virtually on top of the VAST trail and some of the best back country skiing in Vermont. Minutes from the Alchemist, Lawson’s, 40 minutes to Fiddlehead, and about as convenient to Hill Farmstead as anyplace not in the NEK. Amenities that include a gourmet kitchen and 100 MB internet service, make the house perfect for entertaining, working remotely, or enjoying family time and the view. The space The space is fully updated with a gourmet kitchen and all new beds and bedding. The pillows are primarily memory foam and each bed includes a down comforter to keep everyone snug during the winter months. Each bathroom has a tub and a shower and the master bedroom has an ensuite bath that is private. Upstairs the landing is perfect for morning Yoga. Even in the winter the sun streams through the large picture windows that face the view and mountains. We have two window AC units in the second floor bedrooms that are installed in June 15, July, and August. Lastly, if you have read this far, we love dogs. If you have a well behaved dog and don't mind paying a small extra cleaning fee, feel free to message me and tell about your dog and ask for an exception. We have a crate we can make available if your dog is crate trained. Guest access You have access to the whole house. The utility room is locked. The laundry located in the utility room is available for guests who book a week or longer. We have a google door lock so you will let yourself in and depart without interaction with anyone outside your travel companions. Other things to note The house is located on a well maintained dirt road. Guests will need a VT appropriate vehicle and tires (AWD, 4wd, or winter tires) for winter visits. The house thermostats are set for a comfortable 69 during the day and 64 at night for better sleeping. Guests can alter the temperature within the range of 60-69 degrees but not outside of that range. If you need a different temperature please let me know.
