A sunny, comfy bedroom with a private bathroom within newly renovated 19th C home. The house is located in downtown Ithaca- walking distance to restaurants, shops. Across the street from TCAT bus stop and minutes to Cornell and and Ithaca College. Shared kitchen (for reheating food, eating- not cooking ) and free street parking available. The space It's a comfortable bedroom with an attached bathroom. There is additional living spaces that are open to guests and so is the kitchen. In the summer guests can also use a nice, quaint breezy porch. Guest access Guests can use the living room, kitchen and dining area. Due to COVID 19 we ask that masks are worn in these shared spaces. During your stay I believe in guests having their space. Though I am accessible 24x7 :) Other things to note I prefer if shoes are not used within the house
