It has a private balcony to sit outside, relax, & sip coffee or tea just outside the bedroom. Guests have access to the rest of house, including a desk/work area in the loft. My home is smoke free, & is shared by Stella, my Parrot! You're close to several major highways just mins from downtown, & Richmond airport! The space I enjoy meeting guests & engaging, but respect their preferance for alone time. I've owned my home for over 40 yrs, & had a major renovation 8 yrs ago. Recently I added a screened porch, new windows, & doors.The home is painted turquoise w/white trim, & black framed windows. It's passive solar, & located on the corner with a private half circle driveway. I have walking paths throughout the yard, with several places to sit, relax, & listen to the small pond. I live in the home, but spend time in my bedroom a lot. Other things to note The bedroom has a mini fridge, with small freezer. A microwave, coffeemaker, & toaster. There's an electric kettle for use in kitchen downstairs too ~
