In addition there is a shaded patio for relaxing or dining. A large back yard is fully fenced and pet friendly. Easily access the bike trails where you can ride along the beautiful intercostal waterway to Shamrock Park or Casperson beach for a picnic. Or take the Legacy Bike Trail to Oscar Scheer State Park for a picnic and nature walk or as far as Sarasota. A shorter walk or ride takes you to downtown Venice shops and resturants. The house is located in a safe, quiet neighborhood and has plenty of parking. You have access to the entire house, 2 patios and pool and spa (built in the summer of 2021). There is a laundry room/garage and a parking pad that can easily accommodate 2 -4 cars. There are pickle ball and tennis courts in the park across the street. The house is clean, well maintained, and adequately furnished. We strive to maintain our 5 star rating! Guest access Rental includes the entire house, pool and grounds. Other things to note A heated inground salt water pool, built in the summer of 2021, is available for guest use. When renting this house, renter agrees to replace safety fencing when the pool is not in use. Children must be directly supervised by an adult who is in the pool or on the pool deck.
