Studio apartment in the basement of our home. It has its own driveway and entrance. The studio apartment locks from the outside and locks from the rest of our basement. It is about 800 sq. ft. Our house is conveniently located to Hickory (10 miles) Morganton (10 miles) Lenoir (15 miles) Table Rock/Lake James (20 miles) Blue Ridge Parkway( 35 miles) Boone (50 miles) Charlotte (50 miles). We also have a 70 acre cattle and sheep farm that you are free to explore. Very quiet and private. The space Proximity to major cities in western North Carolina while also being quiet and peaceful. The charm of our farm while also close to restaurants, shopping, skiing, tourist activities, hiking, boating, sports, local brewers, vineyards, and beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. Guest access You will have access to the apartment and our family swimming pool (no lifeguard on duty). We also have a 70 acre farm that you can walk through the pastures and visit our cows and sheep. Other things to note A notebook will await you once you check-in with more information.
