Walk to everything - metro north train station, restaurants, bars, shops, churches, hiking trails, Saturday morning farmers market, it's all right here. Private fenced back yard with shady trees safe for dogs and kids to play, and a large covered front porch to sit and sip your favorite beverage. The space Pawling Village is nestled in the foothills of the berkshires, on the Appalachian Trail, and the MetroNorth Harlem lime. It is an easy commute from NYC. Darryl’s House is a 5 minute drive and Pawling Bread Co, McKinney and Doyle Fine Food Cafe and Bakery, and O'Connors Pub, are in short walking distance. There are several hikes and mountain biking trails in walking/biking distance Guest access The space is half of the house the large covered front porch, living room kitchen bathroom, deck, fenced yard, off street parking for 2 cars in front, upstairs has 2 bedrooms and a large full bath with antique claw foot tub and separate shower. Other things to note Due to the Corona Virus, I will be changing the requirements to a 2 week stay minimum. I just can't get the sufficient cleaning and disinfecting done quickly enough for short stays. When the immediate danger is over we will go back to allowing weekend stays.
