We provide a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, dining table and microwave. The space includes a brand-new Queen sized therapeutic mattress that sleeps two comfortably. 3 Additional sleeping accommodations can be acquired on the trundle sofa (2 twin sized bed) and on the futon. Comfortably sleeping 5 guests. The 55'' TV can be easily seen from the bed or the futon and has plenty of entertainment options with Hulu and Netflix. The kitchen is well equipped and seats 5 comfortably all while having a nice view of the backyard and neighborhood There are drink options in the refrigerator and snacks in the pantry for your convenience. You will also have your own mini fridge, snacks and coffee maker in your area just in case you don't feel like walking too far. The backyard is spacious, relaxing and features a beautiful view. Enjoy your evening sipping on a cold drink on the outdoor couches. I help my mom host it as I have been hosting 3 Airbnb's of my own for the last 5 years. She is a super sweet lady and very accommodating. She will likely say hello to you if you run into her throughout your stay. But likely will keep out of your way to give you your privacy.
