Both are within walking distance or a one-minute drive. POOL AND SPA: Heating for our in-ground hot tub is included in your rental all year around. Should you wish to have the pool heated please notify us 48 hours in advance of your arrival as there will be a supplemental charge per day for this service due to high fuel costs in this area. Note: Only one, the pool or the spa can heat at the same time. Pool heating will reach a maximum temperature of 76 degrees and will have to be turned back on after the spa is not in use, you will need to notify us. Pricing is as follows- March and October - $500/night April through September - $400/night November trough February $700/night No jumping, diving, running or rough play near the pool and hot tub area. No glass can be around the pool and hot tub, there are plastic cups in the kitchen to be used outside. Please mind the quiet hours (no loud noises after 10pm).
