This peaceful home is only 1 hour from NYC & Brooklyn. There are 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms and a POOL. A large living area, a play room, a wood burning FIREPLACE, large TRAMPOLINE, yard with babbling brook & seating area! Bedroom 1: King size bed & pack n play. Ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2: Queen size bed, dresser. Ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 3: King size bed, pull out couch. Ensuite bathroom. Living room: Pull out couch. Pool is open Memorial Day - Labor Day. Heated by the sun- no heater. The space This is a single level home. There are no interior stairs. We have two entrances- one with a ramp and one with a few steps. The play room has children's toys and books. The living room has a large couch, lounge chairs, a projector and screen, fireplace, and television. The eat in kitchen has a dining table, and is well stocked for your stay. There is a breakfast bar over the sink, in the sun room. There are two outdoor decks to enjoy- one has furniture and a table with benches. The other has seating and is facing the trampoline, a perfect place for parents to chill while their kids jump! On the top of the hill behind the house is the Northcounty Trailway. Feel free to scramble up and walk to town, but please be careful as the hill is quite steep! We have a high chair and a crib offered with the rental. Guest access The whole main floor of the house is yours and you will be the only one on the property. The basement is off limits to guests. Other things to note The price and cleaning fee are non negotiable. Please do not attempt to negotiate the price or cleaning fee, if you do your request to book will be denied. We are on a well, so please be mindful of this when using the water. Don't use all showers at once! We are also on a septic tank, so please ONLY put toilet paper down the toilet. If you need something specific for cooking please bring it. Oils, spices, food, and drinks are NOT included with this rental. There are a number of nearby grocery stores. The kitchen is stocked with plates, cups, silverware, pots and pans, cutting boards, knives, coffee machines, toaster oven, slow cooker, nutribullet, food processor. This is an old house, which I think gives it its charm! It's incredibly cozy and perfectly wonderful for a few days away, but it has its quirks! 2 night minimum. NO PETS ALLOWED. Absolutely no exceptions. your entire security deposit will be kept if a pet if brought onto the property. PARTIES AND EVENTS ARE NOT PERMITTED. This is my home, and I expect you to treat it with respect. If I find evidence that there were more people than agreed to, or that an event or party took place, I reserve the right to withhold your security deposit and charge you for damage. There are outdoor security cameras protecting all entrances to the home, as well as the pool. I have remote access to these cameras. Only those registered guests are allowed on the property. Extra guests will be considered for a fee of $40/guest. Early check in and late check out is available for a fee of $250. ** Due to Airbnb's policy of blocking guests full names, photos and reviews before the reservation is confirmed, I will be asking for full names and ages of guests in order to try to get an understanding of the guests. **
