Located 1 mile north of Placencia village, you have the luxury of a private home with an easy 15 minute walk or 5 minute drive/taxi to town. The house sleeps 4 and is well suited for families offering 2 optionally air-conditioned bedrooms and 1 ½ baths. The master bedroom is spacious with a queen bed, private deck and an extensive bath: separate Shower, Bathtub, and Bidet. The second bedroom with a queen bed has easy access to the half bath. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you would need to cook for yourself. Walking distance to restaurants. There is a smart tv in the living room and Wifi is included.
