All of the furniture is adult size. The entire building is rented to one group at a time and the large kitchen can seat up to 20 people. Outdoor picnic tables and grill also available upon request. Beds are fully dressed with sheets, pillows, and blankets. The bathrooms include towels and toilette paper. The maximum guest sleeping capacity allowed is 23, including children. The common area is a large kitchen that can accommodate up to 20 guests seated, equipped with cooking and serving utensils and glassware. There is also an outdoor grill and picnic tables available right outside of the kitchen in a grassy area. The kitchen includes a half bathroom for convenience. The property does not have an indoor living room. The pool adjacent to the building is available for your group exclusively. We welcome pets, but please bring their pet beds and beware there are other pets in the property. There is ample free parking right in front of the building.
