Enjoy the summer in a FULLY-EQUIPPED oceanfront condo just 6 minutes from the Iztapa Bridge. We have 3 rooms with A/C, a 4th room with ceiling fan and a 5th single room on the 1st level, with fan and bathroom. The pool is spacious and comfortable depth for adults and boys. The condominium where our house is located has security 24 hours a day. The space Our house is conveniently close to town. It's a quiet, safe place in a waterfront condo. To get from our house to the beach is literally 50 steps! *** WHEN BOOKING ON SATURDAY NIGHT, YOU CAN CONTACT ME FOR A PREFERENTIAL RATE ON FRIDAY NIGHT *** Apply by season. Guest access The whole house and swimming pool is available for guests. In each room and in the kitchen there is one (1) locked cabinet that keeps our personal and/or housekeeping things. Other things to note There is everything you need for a comfortable stay, whether for the weekend or a longer season. Towel, linen, pillow, toilet paper are included. The kitchen is fully equipped (microwave, toaster oven, blender, pots, pans, etc.) You have to bring your own water and food, or you can use the jugs in the house to buy water at any of the nearby shops. The house does not have hot water (nor is it necessary since the weather allows it). Note that the social areas (living room, dining room, kitchen) DO not HAVE A/C. Three of the five rooms HAVE A/C. Remember that our house is located on the coast. Animals such as iguanas, birds, crabs, geckos, lizards among others are in their natural habitat. Keep the above in mind. We also recommend bringing repellent. ** * Condo Board regulations are not ALLOWED in the condominium. *** However, you can park it outside outside next to the gate.
