Villas Tortuga Paredon has two private 2000 square foot luxury villas. These ocean front villas are located in the beautiful beaches of Paredon, only a few steps away from the ocean, and only 2.5 hours south of Guatemala City. Each villa has 4 rooms, 4.5 bathrooms, with a total of 9 beds with a maximum capacity of 12 people. ($50 fee for each aditional guest above 8 guests per night per person). The space It has a main living room area with a 46” TV, dining room area and a fully equipped kitchen. In our porch area, we have another living room and dining table right next to a private pool. The master room has a king size bed, room number 2 has a queen bed and bunk bed. Room number 3 with king bed, and room number 4 with two bunk beds (4 beds). Every room has their own private bathroom, air conditioning unit and ceiling fan. Cleaning service is included, and additionally we offer a kitchen assistant (also available).
