But pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $150 per pet. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. - ATVs and dirt bikes are not allowed on the property. - Absolutely no exterior amplified music or there will be a $500 fine - Please note: The pool and hot tub cannot be heated at the same time. More information will be provided in the guest manual upon your arrival. - The built-in BBQ island area is under construction and not accessible for guest use. We have added a standalone barbecue for guests to use. - Due to the remote location of our properties guests may experience unannounced power outages. - Wedding Ceremonies are not allowed at this home. - No events are authorized unless pre-approved and coordinated through Avantstay. This includes rehearsal dinners, wedding receptions, birthday parties, and any type of social event. - All occupants and guests of the property must follow local laws for outdoor lighting, quiet hours, and parties & gatherings (Riverside County Ordinance Nos. 915, 847, & 924). - Please note that all bathtub jets have been disabled for health and safety reasons. - Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens are provided in the master closet. - Riverside county has a strict “no burn” civil code. All wood-burning fires throughout the property are strictly prohibited. - The hot tub/spa/jacuzzi has a max temperature of 104° for safety reasons. - Please note that we do not heat the in-ground spa prior to guest arrival. - Please note that you must be at least 21 years old to book this home. Parking Details: The garage can accommodate 2 vehicles. The casita driveway and the main house driveway can accommodate a total of 11 cars. No street parking.
