This home offers an Impossibly Perfect location, spacious bedrooms (Beds are dressed in buttery soft Cozy Earth Bamboo sheets), lovely indoor and outdoor gathering spaces, fully equipped kitchen, home office, & backyard retreat. Free private/off street parking for up to 2 vehicles and 2 on street parking spaces. The space There are 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. Please note that the main bedroom does host 2 of the 3 upstairs bathrooms. The main floor of the house has open concept kitchen/sunroom/breakfast nook, dinning room, full bath with a shower, laundry room, and music room/office with doors that can be closed to create a private dedicated work space. Guest access You'll have the entire main house to yourself; 1st and 2nd levels. You will also have full use of the backyard, patio, and back parking area for up to 2 cars. You will see a closed/locked door at the bottom of the 1st floor stairs. This is to my private apartment and stays locked at all times. Other things to note I live in the separate downstairs apartment and may or may not be home during the time of your stay. If I am home, you will most likely see me coming and going as the door to my apartment is accessed from the patio. If you're using the patio when I'm coming or going, I'll just be passing through and won't disturb you other than a quick hello. If you'd like to meet/chat - I'd love that!- just let me know : ).
