All 3 bedrooms have Serta Perfect mattresses (king in the master bedroom and queens in the others), smart TVs with each having its own independent cable subscription (uncommon for a Airbnb), and WiFi. Included is an early self check-in time that starts at 10 AM, and a 1 PM checkout. Feel free to message me for availability pass the 6 month open window. The space The living room and the 3 bedrooms are equipped with Samsung Smart TVs, with each having its own independent cable subscription for viewing live TV. All 4 TVs are also connected to the internet and able to stream content from Netflix, Hulu, Apple TV, and others services with your supplied account. The TV in the living room includes a 4K Ultra HD/Blue-ray/DVD player. In the master closet there is a small office desk and chair with dual 24 inch monitors with each having a HDMI cable to plug into your laptop or hub. And a wireless Logitech keyboard & mouse with a USB receiver. There is also a 22" Weber charcoal grill located at the house for your use. Guest access The front and back doors are equipped with smartlocks to allow easy entry into the house, and to share the code with your family and friends. No more worrying about sharing a single key. Between each reservation the code is changed. And at the time of reservation you are more than welcome to pick your own 4 digit code, or I can issue one before check-in. Other things to note There is a Kroger, Publix & Aldi grocery store, and multiple restaurants all located within a mile from the house.
