The space The main floor comes complete with a spacious great room with wood-burning fireplace, dining area, kitchen, a laundry room with full size washer and dryer, and two master suites. One suite with a fireplace, the other with a sliding glass door out to a deck with a beautiful wooded view. The second floor includes two newly renovated bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a linen closet with extra linens. When you are not dining out at the amazing local restaurants, we offer a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining table and counter bar stools. In the summer, enjoy a dinner on the private deck! Guest access Harbor Cove guests have access to so many wonderful amenities including a private beach, beach house, tennis courts, and a playground. The brand-new community house which includes an indoor pool and hot tub are available year-round. The outdoor pool is open during the warm summer months (June-September). Harbor Cove’s private sandy beach (located on the Little Traverse Bay shoreline) is one of the most spectacular in the area; complete with a private community beach house, picnic tables, bathrooms, and showers. It is home to beautiful streams alongside wooded hiking trails! Outdoor gas grills are available poolside. Charcoal grills are located both outside the property as well as by the beach. The complex is just minutes from miles and miles of paved biking trails, boating, skiing, snowmobiling, ice skating, and abundant golf! Other things to note Linens and Bath Towels provided for use during stay. Guests will need to provide their own beach/pool towels. Fans are located in every bedroom. No pets allowed! No smoking!
