This is an off grid antique farmhouse. It is NOT handicapp accessible. The space Family farm that has been in our family for 5 generations. There are two homes on the property, one for our family and the other for guests. No smoking tobacco in the house(ganja is ok inside), there is a deck with a large umbrella for shade and table and chairs. Its got an ashtray and you can smoke cigarettes or tobacco there. We are 420 friendly... Very 420 friendly. The gardens, back field, and grape Arbor are available for guests to enjoy. Our cottage is old but the inside has been recently remodeled. Our well supplies all water to the property and it's very good, clean melt from the coastal mountain range.The driveway is not paved. The farm is about a century old. I remodeled the inside of the cottage in 2019. Its not fancy but its comfortable, clean, and peaceful. 10 minutes or less from pretty much everything. We were a 420 medicinal farm during the medical era and we decided to try Airbnb and provide 420 friendly hospitality to tourists enjoying the central coast. My place isnt for everyone, but if it sounds good to you then you're our kind of people...Free beautiful human beings! This is a place you can relax and be yourself. Come visit and enjoy! Guest access The grape arbor, gardens, deck and grassy back field are available for guests to enjoy. It's a wide open peaceful space. Lots of room to enjoy the outdoors. Its very qiet here and stars are quite visible at night. To the west of the farm is Hwy 1 (the PCH) the Pismo dunes and the ocean. The water is less than half a mile as the crow flies. Other things to note PET POLICY: Absolutely no viscous animals allowed. Children and barn cats live on the property and roam freely. If your animal is potentially dangerous to either of them do not bring it here. No dog grooming inside the cottage. If you must bathe your animal do it outside with the garden hose. No pets are to be left alone or unattended anywhere on the property at any time. All animals must be housebroken. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by their pets. There is a short shovel next to the front door of the cottage. please bury your animals feces and clean up after your pets.
