The River Ranch is located right on the Susquehanna River in Milton, PA. With views of the water from the deck, backyard or hot tub you will find yourself in a tranquil space to relax. Birds are always chirping and you may even see a bald eagle! We have kayaks, a fire pit, grill and a hot tub too! This house is in walking distance to downtown Milton and just a few miles from downtown Lewisburg. Come enjoy small town USA while still getting some outdoor serenity at The River Ranch! The space The River Ranch is a great space to relax and enjoy the river in a quiet serene setting while still being walking distance to downtown Milton. It is also conveniently located near the following: Downtown Lewisburg/ Bucknell University — 5 miles Danville/Geisinger — 15 miles Rusty Rail Brewery — 17 miles Williamsport — 20 miles Ricketts Glen State Park — 40 miles Guest access Guests have access to our hot tub and kayaks however we’d appreciate it if you’d let us know ahead of time. The kayaks will require some preparation on our part. We also want to make sure we don’t plan to use the hot tub if that’s something you’d like to enjoy alone during your stay. Shared Space: The kitchen, living room, deck, backyard & hot tub are considered a shared space. Please help yourself to use of the kitchen appliances and dishes and the grill on the deck. There’s coffee for you next to the coffee maker and creamer/milk in the fridge. During your stay We should be available and on the property most of your stay. Our bedroom is located next to the guest room however, we often stay in the basement when guests are staying for your optimal privacy. We can leave you alone or party all night - whatever kinda vibes you’re looking for we’re happy to host. Also, our cats Arlene and Oscar technically own the house, they just let us live there. They have full reigns of the house however CANNOT GO OUTSIDE. Please don’t let them out. They are available for cuddles and play time all day every day. Other things to note Note - the name “River Ranch” originated from the style of the home which is a ranch! It is not however, a ranch with animals. Although that would be cool!
