House includes 4 bedrooms (3 with balconies), 1 and 1/2 bathrooms , kitchen, large deck with new outdoor furniture and BBQ, outdoor shower, large living room with dining area, wall unit air conditioners in each room. Bay views from upstairs bedroom balconies. House includes satellite tv, wi-fi, bikes, beach chairs, wagon, many toiletries, coolers, beach games and all sheets and linens (but no towels). Checkout times are dependent on the day of the week you check-out. Airbnb defaults to an 11am checkout when booking but in reality checkout times range from 10AM to 2pm. Sunday checkouts are typically 12:00 to 2pm and Monday and Friday checkouts are typically 10am. Other days of the week are dependent on my bookings. All check-in times and check out times will be governed by the lease signed and not by Airbnb website.
