The interior space includes a full kitchen, living room, full bathroom, two bedrooms. The exterior includes a private deck with outdoor dining area and lounge chairs plus your own private beach! Other things to note The house is located on a private road and beach. Only residents have access to the beach. Each homeowner owns the beach in front of their property. This house is on a double wide lot. Only residents of this house will have use of the beach associated with the house. I like to tell guests in advance that this is an extremely quiet beach. The booking cost is for up to four people to stay in the house. We will allow two additional persons to sleep over at an additional charge of $100.00 per day per person. There is a strict maximum of no more than 10 persons at the house at any given time. No parties, gatherings, or events are allowed. There is also a two car maximum. Absolutely no fires or open flames at all on or in the property.
