Almost a century ago on the exact the same spot where Hotel Restaurant De Uitkijk now sits was a tea house. Since then a lot has been changed. A visit to Hotel De Uitkijk is a release from the daily pressure. Hellendoorn's entertainment park is less than half a mile down the road. It is just 2 miles from Nijverdal.
