ATTRACTIVE CABIN FOR A GETAWAY FOR COUPLES On a landscaped plot of 300 m2, and covered with flowers and plants, the cabin is built with a modern and very particular style both in its architecture and in its decoration, located at a height that allows you to appreciate the wonderful view of Lake Nahuel Huapi and the mountains that surround it. It is equipped and has all the necessary services for a comfortable stay. The space In San Carlos de Bariloche, within the Las Vertientes neighborhood, at km 2.8 of Av. de los Pioneros, is Rafael's House. Its privileged location makes it the ideal place to relax, among forests and mountains, just a few minutes from the center of the city of Bariloche. It is equipped and has all the services and accessories necessary for a comfortable stay. The accommodation The House is located on the slope of Cerro Otto, offers a splendid view of Lake Nahuel Huapi, and is prepared to receive up to 2 (two) people with all the comforts. It is distributed on three floors: The entrance to the house is from the entrance hall, on the mezzanine where we also find a well-equipped full bathroom, with a shower and screen. On the ground floor we find a large bedroom with closets, a desk and a queen-size double box spring bed, or two single box springs, as requested by the passengers. On the upper floor we find the kitchen - dining room with a splendid panoramic view of Lake Nahuel Huapi, a table prepared to receive up to four passengers, an armchair next to the 32" LED TV, with DirecTV (included) and a fully equipped kitchen with kitchen utensils and various appliances, refrigerator, electric oven, stove, electric kettle, etc. There is a balcony facing North, with a view of both the Lake and the Mountains! In all rooms there is underfloor heating, both cable and Internet are free and Wi-Fi. Outside there is a driveway and covered parking for 1 (one) vehicle; an external grill and a landscaped area to enjoy the outdoors next to the flowers in the garden. Guest access Public transportation is provided by the Mi Bus company. There are several routes, and the one that takes you to the property is line 50 or 51, which runs along Av. de Los Pioneros to Villa Gutierrez and vice versa. You can see more details about the routes on the Mi Bus company website. There is a public transportation service, or a private van, from the airport to the city and from there you can hire a taxi service to take you to the house. You can also hire our transfer services from the airport to any place in the city and vice versa. Other things to note We have classified the property as not suitable for people with disabilities or reduced mobility and children under 12 years of age due to its characteristics, as it has stairs and a balcony at a height that is risky for children. The service includes delivery of bed and bath linen for all passengers for all days of their stay. Daily cleaning service is optional. Payment is per hour, and is paid for the number of hours of service requested.
