Our Mountain Laurel Cottage is located between the towns of Cashiers and Glenville in western North Carolina's Great Smoky Mountains at an elevation of 3,800 ft. - spring and summer temperatures are cool and comfortable. This charming, cozy - and recently updated - home is a perfect getaway for people who enjoy the serenity of its private setting, but also want to be close to grocery stores, waterfalls, farmers' markets, marinas, golf courses, hiking, and more. The space Our home has 3 bedrooms all with king size beds. The master bedroom upstairs has an on suite bathroom with double sink vanity, whirlpool tub, shower and toilet. Guest bedroom 1 and 2 are downstairs with sliding glass doors that open to a covered patio with incredible views of the lake and mountains. There is a full bath located just off the bedrooms. Downstairs also has a game room with full size pool table and large screen TV. And, a full size laundry room with stacked washer and dryer, sink and large counter for folding clothes. Upstairs the living room, kitchen and dinning area is one large room with all the amenities and it opens to a large cover deck with fire table and incredible views of the lake and mountains. Other things to note At this time we do not consider the outside of our home safe for small children.
